Catapult is an intensive, international 5-month incubator for a select group of high school students looking to develop and grow their enterprises. Through workshops, mentorship, and a pitch competition, these aspiring entrepreneurs will gain new tools for developing and scaling their businesses in the context of a like-minded community of peers. Catapult is hosted by the Harvard innovation lab, and is a collaboration between Ashoka: Innovators for the Public, Youth Venture, and other organizations.
Partnerships: How might we (Catapult) secure corporate sponsors on a local and international level to bring in additional revenue and volunteer advisors?
Attraction/Promotion: How might we create a national/international outreach strategy to attract high school students, parents, and teachers during the summer (students pay tuition which is main revenue source)? Social media, partnership collaboration, etc.?
Engagement: How might we fully engaging participants (student “founders” & free agents) and advisors before (pre-work), during (learning activities), and after (advocates) the 5-month incubation program.
